Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Follows detailed written and verbal instructions, process routings, wiring diagrams, and production planning documents.</li>
<li>Performs board and component preparation, soldering (both through-hole and surface mount), and touch-up.</li>
<li>Operates machines for soldering, desoldering, pressing, shaping, winding, and placing components.</li>
<li>Conducts in-process self-checks and prepares assemblies for formal inspection and testing.</li>
<li>May assist with conformal coating, potting, encapsulating, and other intermediate assembly tasks.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean and organized work area and follows safety procedures.</li>

Knowledge and Skills:

<li>Ability to read and interpret process routings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.</li>
<li>Proficient in soldering and cable assembly techniques.</li>
<li>Knowledge of electronic component identification and handling.</li>
<li>Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-610, IPC-620, IPC-7711, J-STD-001) is preferred.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and data collection for Statistical Process Control (SPC).</li>

As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will implement all processes in production while strictly following cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines and any applicable related regulations. You will have technical and administrative competence to organize and lead production activities.
