PRIMARY FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILTY
The Adoption Specialist provides case management services to children and youth placed in adoptive or foster-to-adopt homes, as well as support to foster/adopt parents through intensive case management services, crisis management, home visits, monitoring for compliance, documentation, ongoing training, and advocacy. The job requires sensitivity to the service populations’ cultural and socioeconomic characteristics. Although this is classified as a Hybrid position, there will still be required traveling 95% of the time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Recruits, identifies, and matches children with prospective adoptive families, including providing information during adoption staffing's, and provides services to children in adoptive placement or assists with connecting to services. </li>
<li>Maintains sufficient case documentation, including forms and narratives, to provide a complete and accurate written record. </li>
<li>Compiles and submits documentation required for adoption billing. </li>
<li>Builds and maintains communication and working relationships within the program, region, and community groups to ensure that the objectives of the agency are accomplished. </li>
<li>Conducts assessments of current life situations of a child or children and families to determine the presence of child abuse and neglect. </li>
<li>Composes final reports for court and testifies in court when necessary. </li>

Position Overview
Nathan &amp; Nathan PC is a family-owned law firm specializing in creditors' rights. We are in search of an attorney to join our team who brings a positive attitude and is self-motivated.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Review client documentation for both intake and suit approval.</li>
<li>Review, amend and approve pleadings including motions for default, summary judgment and post judgment and update system of record for accurate status reporting to clients.</li>
<li>Work with legal support staff to improve process and create workflow efficiency in high volume caseload.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and client operating procedures.</li>
<li>Attend hearings and mediation in various jurisdictions within Tennessee.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Tennessee Bar licensure (other state bars are welcomed(MS/GA/AL) in good standing is required.</li>
<li>Experience with high volume case load is extremely helpful but we provide a supportive training environment if applicant does not have such experience.</li>
<li>Fluency in Excel, Microsoft Office and overall computer use is necessary.</li>
<li>Ability to pivot and accomplish multiple tasks during the work day is necessary.</li>
<li>Must be able to work minimum 40 hours per week-Monday through Friday.</li>
<li>No billable hour requirement.</li>
