Job Description:
- Lead and manage all aspects of M&A transactions from initial strategy and due diligence to negotiation, documentation, and closing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, letters of intent, and ancillary transaction documents.
- Provide strategic counsel and legal advice to clients on corporate governance, transaction structuring, and post-closing integration.
- Generate new business and expand the firm's client base through existing relationships and active business development.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
- Maintain and grow a portable book of business that aligns with the firm's practice areas and strategic goals.
