<li>Prepare and revise correspondence, memoranda and legal documents</li>
<li>Prepare for large transactional closings</li>
<li>Maintain electronic document management system </li>
<li>Maintain Outlook calendars</li>
<li>Enter daily time in Aderant </li>
<li>Reimbursements and check requests, if needed</li>
</ul>
What you bring: 
<ul>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li>
<li>3-5 years’ experience as legal administrative assistant</li>
<li>Superior technology skills – proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with iManage and Aderant a plus</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize, organize and manage workload </li>
<li>High degree of professionalism and the ability to exercise good judgment</li>
<li>Punctuality and initiative </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li>
