Education and Experience:

<li>Minimum of one year of relevant experience. </li>
<li>3 years in a hotel or facilities maintenance position preferred </li>
<li>6 months or more of supervisory experience preferred </li>

Supervisory Responsibilities:

<li>Oversees any/all staff in maintenance department including hiring, training, scheduling and work production. </li>
<li>Inspects all work for quality and safety. </li>
<li>Schedule Maintenance staff in accordance with budget and Labor Models.</li>

Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Stand/walk on feet for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment. </li>
<li>Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far. </li>
<li>Finger dexterity for operating machinery and hand tools, computer. </li>
<li>Must speak in a clear, understandable voice and hear at a basic level, and understand English. </li>
<li>Must be able to bend, stretch arms overhead and lift and/or carry up to 100 pounds. </li>

Our team works at one location for a few weeks to a few months depending on the size of the organization. The primary role is to support and train the end-users. Training on the new technology is provided and the position offers the opportunity to learn a variety of different custom built IT solutions.
