\nResponsibilities\n\n

<li>Support applications relating to raw materials procurement, orders, machine scheduling, production, product testing, finished goods inventory, invoicing and sales reporting.</li>

<li>Respond to and implement requests from end users for changes to business processes and reporting.</li>
\n
<li>Troubleshoot break/fix issues with information systems by working with business users, vendors or application developers to resolve them.</li>
\n
<li>Define application problems by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes. Works with Senior Analyst to propose business process changes to enhance and streamline current processes.</li>
\n
<li>Architect end-to-end solutions to medium to complex business problems/opportunities.</li>
\n
<li>Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness</li>
\n
<li>Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits to decide if application upgrades are financially worthwhile.</li>
\n
<li>Develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow options.</li>
\n
<li>Control solutions by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers. Leverages technology to improve business processes.</li>
\n
<li>Validate results by testing programs.</li>
\n
<li>Ensure operation by training plant personnel; providing support.</li>
\n
<li>Provide reference by writing documentation.</li>

<li>Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.</li>

<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
\n
<li>Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users</li>

<li>Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills</li>

You'll juggle help desk tickets, daily tasks, and exciting projects, all while collaborating with an awesome team.
