What you will be doing

 RMC is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer at Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will lead analytical efforts to develop and apply advanced mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization methods to improve decision-making, policy formulation, and strategic planning within a complex defense environment.
Responsibilities

<li>Develop and implement advanced mathematical and statistical models to analyze operational, financial, and technical data.</li>
<li>Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to support high-level decision-making and strategic planning.</li>
<li>Evaluate and optimize resource allocation, process efficiency, and system performance.</li>

Requirements

<li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/Information Technology discipline, or approved substitution.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in quantitative analysis, modeling, or simulation in a defense or federal environment.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to brief senior leadership.</li>
