Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Licensed Esthetician in IL.</li>
<li>2+ years of hands-on experience performing a variety of facial treatments.</li>
<li>Established or growing clientele preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with advanced skin treatments, professional equipment, and product lines (e.g., hydrofacial, microdermabrasion, chemical exfoliation).</li>
</ul>
 Non-Solicitation Agreement As part of the contractor agreement, the Esthetician agrees to: 
<ul>
<li>Maintain confidentiality regarding client records, treatment notes, business operations, and product formulas/protocols.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of skin conditions, product ingredients, and treatment protocols.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.</li>
