Position Overview
The Area Lead for Workplace Snack &amp; Drink supports day-to-day service and oversees multiple client locations within Just Fare’s workplace programs. This role balances hands-on service delivery with leadership responsibilities — ensuring operational consistency, excellent hospitality, and smooth coordination between on-site teams and HQ. The Area Lead acts as the first point of contact for assigned client locations, supports Workplace Attendants, and ensures each site meets Just Fare’s standards for quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Program Oversight &amp; Operations
<ul>
<li>Perform the daily operational functions for multiple assigned client locations, ensuring service areas are stocked, clean, and aligned with Just Fare presentation standards.</li>
<li>Hands on support in performing daily stocking, receiving, and inventory tasks for multiple sites as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records, manage smallwares, and ensure FIFO rotation.</li>
<li>Monitor product levels, place orders within budget, and communicate shortages or substitutions to HQ.</li>
<li>Identify recurring operational issues or equipment needs and escalate promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain consistency in service quality and sustainability practices across all assigned sites.</li>

Team Leadership

<li>Provide daily support and direction to Workplace Attendants across multiple locations.</li>
<li>Ensure staff follow SOPs and uphold Just Fare’s hospitality and service standards.</li>
<li>Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.</li>
<li>Serve as the first point of escalation for team or client concerns at assigned sites, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HQ and Senior Program Manager on scheduling, staffing changes, and coverage needs.</li>

Client &amp; Guest Relations

<li>Ability to build strong relationships with clients in the office, while creating a positive and warm environment amongst a large diverse community</li>

<li>Communicate service updates, issues, and successes to HQ and clients as needed.</li>

Reporting &amp; Communication

<li>Submit daily and weekly reports on service performance, inventory, and staffing updates to HQ.</li>
<li>Track waste, donations, and other key metrics in line with Just Fare’s sustainability goals.</li>
<li>Participate in regular check-ins with HQ and contribute to team meetings or pilot rollouts</li>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements
<ul>
<li>3+ years experience in a formal kitchen environment with a passion for food and people</li>
<li>2+ years barista experience with at least 1 year in a lead role overseeing others.</li>
<li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, communication and patience</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Attendance and punctuality is required with schedule flexibility determined by needs</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, be a self-sufficient problem solver and make sound decisions on-the-fly</li>
<li>Strong understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures</li>

This is responsible professional work as Director of an 16 bed Crisis Residential Unit. This position provides direct services as well as supervises the staff and the operations of the facility.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Supervise the overall operations of the Infinite Horizons Crisis Residential Unit Program. 
Function as a support agent to all clients in the program, supervising their day-to-day activities in accordance with the established schedule and procedures of the program.
Coordinate 24- hour staff coverage of the program.
Assist in evaluating the clients' general medical and mental status.
Provide emergency assessment regarding clients' medication and mental status.
Responsible for contacting the doctor when any significant change in client medication is indicated.
Responsible for completing all forms and paperwork required by the Agency.
Participate in training activities to increase skills and become more knowledgeable in methods and techniques used in the care of psychiatric clients and in the use and effects of psychotropic drugs.
Document all services in the Electronic Health Record.
Ensure program meets all standards, to include DMH, Medicaid, Life Safety and any other applicable standards
Supervise all staff assigned to the program, ensuring they are completing their duties according to their job descriptions.

<li>Conduct thorough skin analyses and provide tailored skincare recommendations.</li>
<li>Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, vascular rejuvenation, and acne rejuvenation.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards.</li>
<li>Educate clients on skincare products, routines, and techniques for maintaining healthy skin.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the skincare industry.</li>
<li>Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and managing inventory.</li>
<li>Must be willing to market to the existing patient population and the community in general.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Valid state license or certification in aesthetics.</li>
<li>Proven experience as an aesthetician or in a similar role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.</li>
