Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Perform a full range of skin care treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, and waxing.</li>
<li>Safely operate laser and light-based devices for hair removal, IPL, skin rejuvenation, and corrective treatments in compliance with state and company standards.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive consultations and skin analyses to identify client concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.</li>
<li>Provide detailed post-treatment care instructions and home-care product recommendations to optimize client results.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships that encourage retention and referrals.</li>
<li>Support the clinics business goals by promoting skincare products and complementary services.</li>

<li>Oversee shift coverage and maintain staff schedules to ensure 24/7 supervision requirements are met. </li>
<li>Monitor the therapeutic environment, including routines, behavior supports, and emergency response readiness. </li>
<li>Maintain program records and participate in audits, site visits, and quality improvement initiatives. </li>
<li>Collaborate with families, guardians, case managers, and external providers to support holistic care. </li>
<li>Address crises or behavioral escalations as needed, in accordance with organizational policies and trauma-informed practices. </li>
<li>Participate in staff training, program development, and strategic planning efforts. </li>
<li>Perform all duties of Mental Health Professional, Mental Health Technician, and House Manager as needed. </li>
<li>Responsible for supervising program services in the absence of the Program Director.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field.</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience in a residential or mental health setting, including supervisory or leadership experience.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and program coordination abilities.</li>
<li>Effective communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.</li>
<li>Must be available for a variable schedule, including on-call duties.</li>
<li>Must pass background check and meet state/facility requirements.</li>
</ul>
Transportation Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide transportation for consumers as needed using agency or personal vehicles.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license with personal liability insurance.</li>
<li>Follow all agency transportation policies, including seatbelt usage, safe cellphone practices, and vehicle documentation.</li>
<li>Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, or violations to appropriate personnel.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment &amp; Schedule:
<ul>
<li>This position involves extended periods of walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 50+ pounds.</li>
<li>The schedule is variable and may require evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts in a 24-hour facility.</li>
<li>Exposure to emotionally stressful situations may occur.</li>
</ul>
In-Service Training &amp; Continued Education Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Participate in all required agency in-service and ADMH trainings</li>
<li>Commitment to ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay informed on best practices in behavioral health.</li>
<li>Completion of onboarding and any continuing education requirements as directed by the agency or supervisor.</li>
<li>Completion of PCM Practitioner I or II training required based on program needs as well as recertifications as needed.</li>
<li>Completion of MAC and MAC II certification required as well as recertifications as needed.</li>
