Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
 
<ul>
<li>High school graduate or G.E.D certificate</li>
<li>CNA or HCA license to provide home care in Washington State. Can complete Training on-site</li>
<li>Experience as a Home Care Aide (in homes or facilities), or other applicable experience preferred.</li>
<li>Be listed in good standing with the Washington DSHS Background Check System</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job</li>
<li>Have transportation to and from job.</li>
<li>If providing transportation clients, you must have a valid driver's license and insurance.</li>
<li>Population-specific experience a plus, (training may be provided) for conditions such as: dementia, Parkinson's, hospice/ end of life care.</li>
<li>RN delegation certificate a plus may complete training through journey Nursing Services.</li>
