The Direct Support Professionals will be responsible for the day/to-day care for the individual(s) served assigned to his/her oversight.
Non-exempt position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a positive role model and communicates effectively.

Assists the person served in making community connections to ensure a presence in their community.
Manages a crisis or responds to emergency medical situation.

Implements Behavioral Management and Safety Plans as well as documents data.

What You'll Do:

<li>Collaborate with the Director of Resident Experience to craft personalized activity plans that cater to each resident's unique interests.</li>
<li>Organize and promote a wide range of activities, from exciting outings to relaxing in-house events, ensuring every day is full of engagement and fun.</li>
<li>Coordinate transportation for residents' outings and medical appointments, making sure everyone has access to the experiences they desire.</li>
<li>Take charge of quarterly events that double as community showcases, helping to spread the word about our incredible community.</li>
<li>Step in as needed in the dining room, ensuring residents have a pleasant dining experience.</li>
<li>Foster a team-oriented environment where collaboration and positivity flourish.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:

<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.</li>
