Job Summary: The Family Preservation Supervisor directs and coordinates all caseload work and clinical services within assigned programming. This individual is responsible for providing training, treatment direction, case specific supervision, caseload assignment, and the approval of all written work of direct care staff under their supervision. Basic Responsibilities:
Treatment Oversight

<li>Ensure program compliance with all agency policies and procedures. Provide accurate, definitive direction to staff regarding agency policies and procedures; troubleshoot new issues as they arise and provide consistent feedback.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness, identify programmatic enhancements, and coordinate implementation of new program strategies with appropriate Program Director aimed toward ensuring positive outcomes for families served.</li>
<li>Assess referrals for Family Preservation Services.</li>
<li>Assign caseloads and provide case-specific supervision with direct care staff.</li>
<li>Provide treatment direction and oversight through individual supervision, treatment team facilitation, and direct oversight of service provision.</li>
<li>Review and approve all relevant treatment documentation including but not limited to: Treatment Plans, Session Notes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Safety Assessments.</li>
<li>Supervise the provision of evidenced-based treatment modalities including but not limited to CBT, MI, Seeking Safety, the Community Advocacy Project, and Triple P, ensuring treatment fidelity.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing and daily support and direction to direct care staff.</li>
<li>Provide 24/7 clinical and administrative oversight to direct care crisis response for families served.</li>
<li>Ensure that all case documentation is approved and submitted for filing within appropriate timeframes.</li>
<li>Ensure that Preservation Service files are properly maintained and meet standards established by contract requirements and accrediting bodies.</li>

<li>Assist individuals during the overnight shift.</li>
<li>Complete household cleaning duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Administer medications according to MAP regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain core training certifications including CPR/FA, OSHA, CPI, PABC, and MAP.</li>
<li>Transport individuals as needed.</li>
<li>Comply with Bridgewell Awake Overnight Call-In procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ol>
Required Education/Experience:
<ol>
<li>Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associates or DSP Certification Preferred.</li>
<li>A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred.</li>
</ol>
Required Skills/Knowledge:
<ol>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills so that the writing of required documents is clear and articulate.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and minimum of one year of driving experience.</li>
<li>Computer literacy includes the ability to use proficiently Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency.</li>
</ol>
Physical Demands:
<ol>
<li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to climb stairs.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift to 30 pounds.</li>
<li>The employee must be able to drive a vehicle.</li>
<li>Must have a normal range of eyesight with or without corrective lenses.</li>
<li>Must have a normal range of hearing with or without corrective equipment.</li>
