Part-time &amp; PRN! Duties include.
<ol>
<li>Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility.</li>
<li>Encourage socialization among residents.</li>
<li>Assist with the activity program; conduct activities as directed by the Activity Director or assigned by supervisor.</li>
<li>Monitor health, safety and well-being of the residents.</li>
<li>Document information pertaining to residents' functional status or condition in appropriate flow sheet binder.</li>
<li>Provide Hands On support/Eye View to residents.</li>
<li>Assist in keeping the environment safe for residents.</li>
<li>Report any changes or concerns regarding residents' condition to D.O.N. and/or Nurse on staff.</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate record of resident meals intake, output and bathing record.</li>
<li>Do personal laundry for residents.</li>
<li>Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Attends/Participates in monthly meetings as well as reads all pertinent resident information in staff communication log, daily progress notes and flow sheets.</li>
<li>Background and drug test required.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>
Some weekends and holidays required, No certification necessary.
