Responsibilities
-Lead and inspire a team of talented barbers and stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
-Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client experiences.
-Manage staff scheduling, performance, and ongoing training to maintain high service standards.
-Maintain inventory of supplies and products, placing orders as needed.
-Engage with clients, providing top-notch barbering or styling services while embodying the Diesel Barbershop brand.
-Drive business growth through excellent client retention and by attracting new clientele.
-Ensure the barbershop environment is clean, welcoming, and consistently upholds brand aesthetics.
Requirements
Cosmetology or Barber license required.
Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling services.
Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a salon/barbershop setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in managing staff schedules and client appointments.
A genuine passion for the beauty industry and client satisfaction.
