Job Summary:
Experienced Piping and Structural Designer/Drafter. Works from the engineer's sketched flow sheets and P&amp;I D’s to design/draw complete all details of wastewater treatment systems. Must be able to gather measurement data from existing wastewater treatment equipment, either in service, or at our warehouse. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor is required and will be tested.

· Work with Design/Project Engineers to finalize/modify design concepts. 
· Revise plans as requested by Design/Project engineers.
· Learn standards set for all drawings in the Design Drafting Department.
· On occasion, contact vendors/obtain relevant equipment drawings for incorporation into drawings.
· On occasion, work with field crews to problem solve and design “on the fly” solutions.

Compensation
Our current hiring pay range for this position is $25-$31.25. This hiring pay range is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, work experience, knowledge, skills and certifications.

SUMMARY
Sets up and operates single or multiple routing machine to cut slots, grooves, designs, or recesses in material by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Studies, blueprints, drawings, or samples and written specifications to ascertain size, depth, and locations of cuts to be made.</li>
<li>Selects and installs router bits in spindle chucks according to specifications.</li>
<li>Spaces spindles on shaft at specified intervals and turns hand wheels or set stops to regulate depth of cut.</li>
<li>Clamps stock to jig, inserts in guide hole of machine able, and places jig over guide pin, or compass part to movable table of machine.</li>
<li>Starts machine and presses pedal to raise table and feed stock into rotating bits.</li>
<li>Moves stock under bits, following guides, lines, or slots in jig, to cut specified slots, designs, grooves, or recesses in stock.</li>
<li>Measures dimensions of processed material conformance to specifications.</li>
</ul>

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Title: Senior CNC Machinist – DMG Mori NTX Specialist Location: 1355 Beauprey Road Shawano, WI 54166 Department: Manufacturing / Precision Machining Reports to: Production Supervisor / Shop Manager Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Position Overview JR Machine is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with extensive experience operating and programming DMG Mori NTX mill-turn centers. This role demands precision, advanced multi-axis machining expertise. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, producing complex components for critical industries, while helping maintain JR Machine's reputation for manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities • Setup and Operate DMG Mori NTX Machines Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot DMG Mori NTX mill-turn machines to efficiently produce complex, high-tolerance parts. • Programming and Optimization Program using Fanuc controls (as applicable) and optimizing existing programs for improved efficiency and quality. • Tooling and Fixturing Select, install, and adjust appropriate tooling and fixtures for a wide range of materials and part geometries. • Quality Assurance Perform in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, bore gages, CMMs, etc.) to ensure all parts meet exacting specifications. • Continuous Improvement Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine machining strategies, reduce setup times, and maximize machine utilization. • Preventive Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting Perform routine machine maintenance and proactively address minor mechanical and control issues. • Training and Mentoring Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced machinists to elevate team capability.Required Skills and Qualifications • 5+ years’ CNC machining experience, preferably in a job-shop or precision component environment. • Demonstrated expertise with DMG Mori NTX mill-turn centers (or equivalent multi-axis machines). • Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC control systems (Fanuc). • Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and GD&amp;T. • High level of proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality control processes. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on precision and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications • Formal training in CNC machining or mechanical engineering. • Experience machining exotic materials (Inconel, titanium, etc.) and complex geometries. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality management standards.
