Position Summary: The CNC Turret Lathe Operator is expected to work from blue prints, sketches, specifications, verbal or written instructions, sets up, adjusts, programs, and operates a computerized numerical control (CNC) lathe and use precision measuring tools and to set up and operate engine lathes. Incumbent will be familiar with the CNC and Turret Lathe operation manuals and will be required to perform all operation functions as described in the manuals.

Level I: Quality – Complete and accurate work performed efficiently
1. Production quality and efficiency using appropriate tools and equipment, qualified to perform special processes as needed
a. Working from drawings, specifications, manuals, codes, etc., sets up work piece and determines tooling needed. 
b. Investigates drawing build material and JIND sheet instructions to conform to Quality Assurance requirements.
c. Visually examines completed machined parts for conformance of drawings 
d. Will be required to manually debur and polish various parts.
e. Forms in-process inspections, periodically verifying conformance to drawings, specifications, and operation sheets using such measuring instruments as scales, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, plug gauge, and other measuring devices.

As a Survey CAD Technician at Atwell, you will work on diverse projects with various sizes, scopes, and details. You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture and a national presence. We are looking for Survey Technicians who are interested in being subject matter experts in land development, renewable energy, and construction projects.
<ul>
<li>Resourceful Support: Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures.</li>
<li>CAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments, ensuring they align with Atwell's standards.</li>
<li>Drawing Production: Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts, and construction staking.</li>
<li>Survey Data Analysis: Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.</li>
<li>Plan Modification: Responsibly edit and modify plans in line with revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients, following directives closely.</li>
<li>Workflow Coordination: Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding workflow status, ensuring the team meets chargeability goals.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2+ years of previous AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience</li>
<li>Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) Preferred</li>
<li>High School Diploma Required, Associated Degree Preferred</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of Altas, Topo's, Boundaries, and Construction Staking</li>

<li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T) symbols. </li>

</ul>
Purpose: Perform cleaning, sterilization, weighing and dispensing of materials. Monitor alarm systems. Assemble and inspect equipment in the manufacturing area to confirm operational status. Work is performed in aseptic or non-aseptic environments. Perform process tests and participate in qualification and validation activities as required.
Responsibilities:

<li>Inspect manufacturing equipment to monitor that performance is within parameters.</li>
<li>Clean and sterilize equipment for manufacturing use.</li>
<li>Monitor manufacturing processes using electronic or manual systems and elevate any deviation that could impact the operations to address accordingly.</li>
<li>Sample collection and processing as required by the process.</li>
<li>Conduct equipment and facility inspections and advise of situations that affect operating and environmental conditions.</li>
<li>Receive, inspect and verify materials availability to be used for production.</li>
<li>Document, audit and timely correct manufacturing electronic or paper batch record discrepancies.</li>
<li>Document process and equipment status in the area electronic or manual records.</li>
<li>Audit documentation of operational activities and document discrepancies using computerized or manual systems.</li>
<li>Strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and accurately complete process-associated documentation.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to operations in accordance with environmental management, occupational health and safety (EHS) systems and promote continuous improvement. Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable according to the position duties.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Associate Degree in Science, Mechanics, Electricity, Instrumentation or related field.</li>
<li>No previous experience required.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques.</li>
