Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support attorneys through all phases of litigation—from case initiation to trial</li>
<li>Manage large-scale litigation logistics, including war room setup and vendor coordination</li>
<li>Draft and respond to discovery, organize document productions, and prepare court filings</li>
<li>Attend trials and arbitrations, ensuring no detail is overlooked</li>
<li>Mentor junior paralegals and collaborate across offices</li>
<li>Use tools like Relativity, Excel, and Adobe to manage eDiscovery and case data</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience</li>
<li>AM Law firm background strongly preferred</li>
<li>Proven trial prep and attendance experience</li>
<li>Expertise in eDiscovery platforms (especially Relativity)</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>
<li>ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred</li>
<li>Billable hour target of 1,600</li>
