The beautiful Holiday Inn and Roberts Centre, located in Wilmington Ohio, is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to oversee the accounting and financial functions for their property. The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for: assisting in maintaining the entire hotel facility including physical building structure; all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment. <li>3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience; Safe or ATM Technical experience is a plus</li>

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position isresponsible for performing on-site repairs, maintenance, installations, conversions and removals of Ainsworth products and associated equipment in casinos within the Americas territory.
Reports To: Field Service Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Provide telephone and/or on-site support to customers as needed.</li>
<li>Performs all on-site service functions (installations, conversions, removals, service calls, etc.) on Ainsworth games and associated equipment within assigned territory.</li>
<li>Reviews work orders and related manuals and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation or repair assignment.</li>
<li>Performs preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades on Ainsworth Class III products.</li>
<li>Demonstrates excellent technical and troubleshooting skills to consistently achieve resolution and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Follow documentation, policies and procedures and perform tasks with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Completes and submits timely and accurate service tickets to facilitate issue tracking and invoicing.</li>
<li>Maintains a positive image of Ainsworth within the industry by providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Escalates issues that cannot be directly resolved to service management for prompt resolution.</li>
<li>Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition.</li>

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>

REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE:

<li>Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required.</li>
