The Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Solution Engineer to join our R&amp;D department. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our material analysis equipment by integrating process automation, data gathering, and artificial intelligence into our product line. The QC Chemist I is responsible for supporting the Quality Control group in the performance of advanced analytical testing techniques and use and maintenance of QC equipment and the QC laboratory. The functions include but are not limited to:

<li>Performance of advanced analytical testing techniques and use lab instrumentations. Techniques and equipment include but are not limited to:</li>
<li>Preparation of standard solutions, mobile phases and solutions, and other preparations for sample analysis</li>
<li>Use of HPLCs, UV-VIS instruments, ICP-OES and ICP-MS instruments, Titrations, NIR and FTIR instruments.</li>
<li>Maintain chemical and material inventories.</li>
<li>Work effectively with individual instrument's computer software, spreadsheets, and word processing applications, as they apply to sample analysis (example Empower3 HPLC software).</li>
<li>Performance of testing for all raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability and other samples assigned.</li>
<li>Reading and training on standard operating procedures to carry out general laboratory operations in an effective and safe manner, while maintaining a clean an orderly workspace.</li>
<li>Detecting and reporting laboratory events and OOS/OOT results to laboratory management and the execution of the subsequent investigations.</li>
<li>Adherence to and being knowledgeable in QC procedures and test methods and support the training of new and less experienced personnel.</li>
<li>Use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE), as defined by a materials SDS and internal standard operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment.</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable with a strong understand of cGMP/cGLP and other regulatory requirements and execute/document all testing in the laboratory according to these standards.</li>
<li>Review Quality documentation and test data for completeness and compliance, forward as required.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement of the Quality Control group and site as a whole; record keeping, lab processes, site safety, etc.</li>
<li>Performance of additional work as assigned.</li>
