Additional Job Requirements
 
General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation, including:
 
•&nbsp; Store sales
•&nbsp; Volume
•&nbsp; Quality of service
•&nbsp; Customer satisfaction
•&nbsp; Profit margin
•&nbsp; Create employee schedule
•&nbsp; Place inventory orders
•&nbsp; Lead employee training
•&nbsp; Lead by example
•&nbsp; Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions
 
Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager
 
Qualifications for the job:
•&nbsp; Education: High school degree or equivalent
•&nbsp; 2 Year QSR experience preferred
•&nbsp; Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
•&nbsp; Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
•&nbsp; Must have reliable transportation
