DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Our Shop Leader drives business growth and ensures our high standards are upheld every day. You collaborate with area and district leaders to support efficient workflow and keep our barbershop running smoothly. You're responsible for all aspects of our daily operations, managing essential matters like staff schedules, shop performance, and financial functions. Coaching and developing the assistant leader, you lead the daily processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure success. This hands-on management role includes leading team meetings, attending leadership meetings, maintaining inventory, completing purchase orders, and overseeing month-end financial activities.

- Active Colorado cosmetology or barber license
- 3+ years of experience as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of management experience in any industry OR 1+ years of management experience at a Floyd's Barbershop location
- Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, hiring, and profit and loss practices
- Passion for promoting an uplifting, service-oriented culture and building a strong team
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends and evenings/nights
