Essential Duties

<li>Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm and problem-solving manner, following appropriate protocols.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>An armed guard card or license is required.</li>
<li>Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.</li>

<li>The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.</li>
<li>CPR certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.</li>

Maintenance Technician
Summary Description:
Under directions of the Facility Supervisor and/or Lead Maintenance, performs a variety of preventative maintenance and general handyman repairs to commercial buildings and equipment. Maintains office, warehouse and retail store equipment. Attends to and completes written work orders for general building repairs. Works with risk management personnel to perform safety inspects of all buildings, initiates corrective course of action; and provides documentation when needed. Maintain emergency equipment and systems.
Exemplary Duties / Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Performs advanced building and equipment repairs including electrical, lighting, plumbing, air conditioning, concrete, painting; installations and repairs.</li>
<li>Minor construction work to include stud framing, gypsum wall boarding; door, window, and hardware installation; vinyl composition and ceramic floor tile installations.</li>
<li>Works closely with and delegate’s assignments to maintenance helpers.</li>
<li>Handles task independently and as a team.</li>
<li>Drives company vehicle to and from job sites and/or to supply vendors for purchasing parts.</li>
<li>Inspect emergency systems to include fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and actuated lighting systems.</li>
<li>Inspects and corrects safety problems and file reports to the Facility Manager and/or Lead Maintenance.</li>
<li>Keeps the maintenance workshop and department vehicles clean and organized.</li>
<li>Performs all related work as required.</li>
