Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all community transactions
- Welcome, educate, and support new residents
- Respond to and resolve resident concerns promptly
- Ensure maintenance requests and work orders are completed quickly
- Support property updates and improvements to enhance value
- Supervise and assist property staff as needed
- Enforce community rules and maintain positive resident relationships
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and lease processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
