Position Overview
Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE) is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support two garden-style communities located in Jackson Township and Toms River, NJ. This shared resource role rotates between the two sites based on operational needs, providing on-site support in leasing, resident relations, package services, and general property management tasks. The position reports to the Area Property Manager and acts as an extension of the Management team at each location.

<li>Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly.</li>

 Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li> Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules</li>
<li> Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security</li>
<li> Warn violators of premise rules and regulations</li>
<li> Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts</li>
<li> Report any facility issues</li>
<li> Request emergency personnel for high risk situations if applicable</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>18 years of age or older</li>
<li>Familiarity with security equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Must be responsible and dependable</li>
<li>Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.</li>
<li>Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.&nbsp; Must not have any felonies.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.</li>
