o Policy reform frameworks for temporary visas that ensure worker rights and a pathway to citizenship, including legislative and administrative strategies;
o Strategies to promote effective enforcement of labor and employment laws in immigrant-rich industries during an adverse immigration enforcement climate; 
o Resumption of refugee resettlement and other humanitarian pathways; and
o Global migration governance and standards.
 Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on AFL-CIO’s priority immigration issues.
 Generate written reports on issues and projects, including key findings, lessons learned and recommendations for effective worker-centered immigration policy and advocacy.
 Liaise with Yale Law School on collaborative efforts, including engagement with law student clinics.
 Develop and manage the national Worker-Centered Immigration Fellowship program, a new leadership development program for union staff and activists from the field:
o Assist in selecting Fellow candidates from nominees put forth by affiliates and federated bodies, convene Fellows monthly for briefings and peer-to-peer learning;
o Develop resources and programming for the Fellowship program; and
