<li>Manage dentist and hygienist schedules, confirming and updating appointments</li>
<li>Verify insurance and patient eligibility</li>
<li>Maintain office appearance and confirm daily front desk tasks are completed</li>
<li>Schedule and manage appointments using NextGen</li>
<li>Order office supplies and manage inventory</li>
<li>Organize dental records and prepare documentation for referrals and insurance</li>
<li>Collect and process payments prior to appointments</li>
<li>Accurately update patient records, including medical and personal information</li>
<li>Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, and shredding</li>
<li>Assist with closing duties and back-office support as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or Dental Assisting Certificate preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience in a dental office (or equivalent education/experience)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Additional language fluency preferred</li>
<li>Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; database experience a plus</li>
<li>Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Familiarity with HIPAA standards and confidentiality requirements</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours and travel when needed</li>
