Encourage, guide and train individuals in developing daily living skills in a community residential setting. Assist individuals in maintaining their physical health and hygiene. Medication Administration Assist in organizing and participating in leisure/recreation activities. Demonstrate and coach the individuals using approved techniques and strategies. Participate in the maintenance of overall operation of a community residential setting. Follow Agency policy and procedures. To participate in the ongoing communication regarding program planning and implementation for individuals. Candidate will have ability to work well with individuals and have the physical ability to assist with personal care such as: transferring individual for bathing, household tasks, and grocery shopping.
