Overview: 
The Chrysalis House is a group home where young pregnant or parenting teens age 16-21 receive basic support including housing, counseling, and parenting training for up to 18 months. The Resident Assistant will monitor and provide support for residents in the event the On-Site Support Staff and/or Skill builders are unavailable for personal emergencies or scheduled vacation. 
The Relief Resident Assistant position provides on-site engagement and support that is strength-based and mutually respectful. The team's ultimate goal is to provide emergency and transitional care and support to families in crisis and homeless youth in a safe, respectful environment and to work with them to resolve the issues that led to their homelessness so that they can ultimately secure and maintain a stable living environment.
Schedule: Part time. Hours for this position are flexible and depend on the needs of the program.

Responsibilities:

What will I do as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)?:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Redstone @ Home. In this role, you will provide essential care to seniors in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as:
<ul>
<li>Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and toileting assistance.</li>
<li>Mobility: Assisting with transfers, walking, and positioning.</li>
<li>Meal Preparation: Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.</li>
<li>Light Housekeeping: Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and errands.</li>
<li>Medication Reminders: Assisting with medication reminders and administration (as directed).</li>
<li>Companionship: Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.</li>
</ul>
