Position Requirements:

ESAero is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team in San Luis Obispo, CA. This position will manage and oversee the low-rate initial production of aerospace components and systems, focusing on efficient processes and waste reduction opportunities that enable high-rate production. This individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure production schedules are supported.&nbsp;
Responsibilities and Duties&nbsp;

<li>Identify potential Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and actively participate as a team member for Kaizen, SMED, and other lean activities. </li>
