The Management and Organization (MOR) Department at the USC-Marshall School of Business seeks to hire new tenure-track faculty members in Strategy to begin in Fall 2024. We welcome applications from candidates at all ranks. We seek candidates who are or have the potential to become, leading scholars on topics relevant to strategy and organizations, including but not limited to innovation, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, alliances, innovation, and/or corporate strategy.&nbsp; We are also looking for displayed capability in teaching.
The MOR department is interdisciplinary; our 23 tenured/tenure-track faculty members span organizational behavior, organization theory, and strategy and have a variety of backgrounds, including psychology, sociology, economics, and general management/strategy. In the strategy area, research interests are broad, and faculty complement publishing in management and strategy journals with publications in discipline journals. Salary is dependent on qualifications, and employee benefits for full-time faculty are excellent.&nbsp; The annual base salary range for this position is $165,750 - $420,370. Purpose: The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Santa Clara University is seeking a tenure-track assistant professor beginning fall 2024. Responsibilities Tenure track faculty at SCU are teaching scholars who are expected to balance teaching, research and service. This is an in-person position. More specifically, duties include but are not limited to:
TEACHING 1. Teach lower- and upper-division courses in the major and university core curriculum, as assigned by the chair and subdisciplinary expertise. &nbsp;SCU is on the quarter system and a typical load is two courses per quarter. Teaching responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: a. Conducting and appearing at all assigned class meetings in a timely and prepared manner that demonstrates a command of the discipline and skill in presenting it effectively. b. Assigning and evaluating written work, projects, and exams that align with course or core learning objectives and providing timely feedback to students. c. Holding weekly office hours at times reasonably convenient to students. d. Assigning and submitting student grades that are appropriate, accurate, and fair measures of student performance to the Office of the Registrar by the designated deadline. e. Administering numerical and narrative evaluations in each section for all courses.
 2. Develop and teach courses that contribute to curriculum development in the relevant degree program and/or the university core. &nbsp;Faculty teaching university core courses should follow an approved syllabus or work with the chair to design an appropriate syllabus for submission for approval from the relevant Faculty Core Curriculum Committee.
 3. Participate in assessment of student learning for courses in the department.
 4. Provide informed advice and mentoring to undergraduate students.
 5. Fulfill other instructional or academic duties as may be assigned by the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences or by the Chair of the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department.
 RESEARCH 1. Setting up a laboratory to perform computational research that will engage undergraduates and lead to sustained publication of results in reputable, peer-reviewed journals. 2. Pursuing external funding for individual and departmental research and teaching objectives.

The Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD) seeks to appoint an assistant or associate professor on the tenure track to teach, conduct research, and engage with practitioners in the interdisciplinary field of real estate. The successful candidate will play a major role in Harvard’s new one-year Master in Real Estate (MRE) degree program, which covers the traditional skills and knowledge required of all real estate professionals as well as ways in which well-designed real estate can advance beneficial spatial, social, and environmental outcomes. Job Summary
The Purdue University College of Pharmacy is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacy Practice. The Department is composed of dynamic faculty with diverse scholarly and engagement interests that include clinical practice, clinical sciences, public health, and social and administrative sciences.
The Department Head is responsible for implementing a multifaceted mission by direct and collaborative efforts relating to vision and leadership, program administration, personnel development, and scholarly activities that occur on the West Lafayette and Indianapolis campuses. Additionally, programmatic oversight is required for graduate programs, residency and fellowship programs, and international programs in London, Colombia, and Eldoret, Kenya. The latter of which is part of a collaboration with the Indiana University (IU) School of Medicine’s Nobel-prize nominated Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare (AMPATH) program. The Department Head also is a member of the Dean’s Leadership Team and contributes to the teaching of Doctor of Pharmacy and graduate students.
The Department consists of 20 tenure-track faculty, 25 clinical faculty, along with many adjunct faculty and hundreds of affiliate faculty preceptors. Many practice in specialized areas such as drug information, internal medicine, ambulatory care, cardiology, infectious diseases, women’s health, and nuclear pharmacy. Research initiatives are also highly diverse, with a broad portfolio of funding from federal and state agencies, industry, and foundations.
Within the Department of Pharmacy Practice, two graduate program tracks exist: (a) Health Services Outcomes and Policy and (b) Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences, the latter of which operates in close collaboration with the Division of Clinical Pharmacology at the Indiana University (IU) School of Medicine. The Department also offers several PGY1 and PGY2 residency programs and many fellowship programs in collaboration with pharmaceutical industry sponsors and the FDA. Additional centers and programs within the Department include Rx-SafeNet (a pharmacy practice-based research network), the oldest and largest nuclear pharmacy training program in the country, and an endowed Center for Health Equity and Innovation. Beyond the Department, long-term partnerships and collaborations exist with the Regenstrief Institute for Health Care, the Indiana University Schools of Medicine and Public Health, Eskenazi Health, IU Health, and other health systems across Indiana.
The College is seeking candidates who possess a Doctor of Pharmacy, PhD in Pharmacy, and/or other related doctoral degree and have a solid record of: (a) a vibrant and funded scholarly research program, (b) effective leadership in areas related to the practice of pharmacy, and (c) excellence in teaching. Prior administrative experience is desirable, but not required. The appointment is at the level of full professor (with tenure), and an appointment to an Endowed Professorship will be considered for highly qualified candidates.

Assistant Professor, African American Psychology Specialty
