A Listing Transaction Coordinator, or LTC, assists the client’s Listing Team by performing the administrative duties required during each stage of a listing from pre-listing to closing. This includes communicating updates to clients, agents, lenders, and other people involved in the transaction. The main objective of this role is to ensure that every listing detail is in check and facilitate a seamless real estate transaction. Knowledge and understanding of how to utilize CRM software, email, communication apps and web browsers is pivotal to the success of an LTC. A few important qualities an LTC must possess to be successful are familiarity with the Texas Real Estate process, proactiveness, diligence, and extreme attention to detail.
<h3>Job Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Reports directly to the Listing Team</li>
<li>Is on-time and ready to work at the start of each day</li>
<li>Assists in the Pre-Listing stage by adding the file to CRM, confirming schedule for sign/lockbox delivery and photography, obtaining listing documentation, and inputting the listing on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)</li>
<li>Assists in Builder Listing Input and maintenance as needed</li>
<li>Assists in the Active Listing stage by reaching out for feedback, sending out listing reports to Seller and Listing Supervisor, and completing listing maintenance such as price drops, photo touch ups, etc. as requested by the Listing Team.</li>
<li>Manages all assigned files in a timely manner to aid the flow of listings and transactions</li>
<li>Sorts through paperwork, requests missing documents from appropriate parties, and files all required documents in a timely manner into the CRM system. This includes things such as reaching out to title companies, sellers, and other agents to obtain required information via email or automated text system.</li>
<li>Writes transactional documents with the available information from an agent within the expected timeframe.</li>
<li>Monitors email inboxes daily, professionally answering emails and taking note of any emails that need to be responded to by someone other than an LTC, such as the Listing Team or other party involved in the transaction.</li>
<li>Document said notes in appropriate discord channels, following up with the agents should you suspect that they did not see the note or respond to it.</li>
<li>Updates clients in a professional, consistent, and timely manner about the status of their transactions, as well as offering to assist them with any questions they may have or connect them with the appropriate party.</li>
<li>Direct any escalating situations to the Listing Team.</li>
<li>Have an in-depth knowledge of the company’s seller programs and value propositions</li>
<li>Possess necessary knowledge of what can and cannot be said to the various parties during a real estate transaction</li>
<li>Report on successes and areas needing improvements</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining and improving the team culture</li>
</ul>
Requirements

The Activity Security Representative (ASR) I will provide comprehensive, multi-disciplined security support to a customer facility and organization. This position supports the daily operations of Collateral, SCI, and Special Access Program (SAP) security activities, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding sensitive information. The ASR will serve as a key contributor to maintaining secure environments and processes, offering both technical and administrative assistance in various classified programs and activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative &amp; Document Control Support

4. Personnel Security &amp; Clearance Management
<ul>
<li>Track and monitor clearance processing activities in coordination with government personnel.</li>
<li>Prepare and process classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and Program Access Requests (PARs).</li>
<li>Execute SAP Nomination Process Questionnaires.</li>
<li>Conduct data entry and records maintenance in JADE, DISS, and SAPNP.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate personnel access records for all customer-sponsored personnel.</li>
</ul>
5. AV/VTC &amp; Conference Room Support
<ul>
<li>Provide support to conference room users and assist during events or meetings.</li>
<li>Offer Tier 1 audiovisual and VTC support, including routine issue resolution.</li>
<li>Support the VTC manager in bridge scheduling and connectivity.</li>
<li>Maintain and communicate VTC/conference room schedules.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot VTC, network, and encryption devices as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., DISA) to resolve network service issues.</li>

6. Facility Access &amp; Response
