Sr Lead Engr/Tech Lead (Dir. Tech)

Equinox Holdings, Inc. seeks Sr Lead Engr/Tech Lead (Dir. Tech) (NY, NY) to: Collect biz reqs & work on POCs to implement tech solutions; Prfrm as primary lead for prod deployments & ensure smooth transition btwn infrastructure, dev & QA teams; Coach & motivate s/w engr team, cndct perfrmnc reviews & provide feedback; Set priorities & tech dsgn roadmap, assign & review tasks, review dev & spprt reqs. Telecomm: 1 remote flex day per wk w/in commuting distance of the NYC office. REQ: Bach deg in CompSci, Comp/Electrical Engr, or rltd tech field & 5yrs prog post-Bachelor's s/w engr exp (will accept Master's deg in stated fields & 3yrs. s/w engr exp.); At least 3yrs exp: designing, dvlpng, & deploying apps on cloud infrastructure using AWS web svcs; designing & implmntg Spring based micro svcs using open source frameworks, incl Spring, Spring boot, Spring Security, SQL & No-SQL d/b's; utilizing Java, hibernate, JSON, HTML, CSS, Backbone JS, jQuery, PLSQL & Apache; log monitoring tools, like ELK, Splunk, or Sumologic; & APM tools like new relic; At least 2yrs exp: Designing s/w & product security; troubleshooting memory leaks; debugging rsrce deadlocks; & performing s/w architecture anlss; At least 1yr exp: React web app dev; & integrating h/w w/ s/w apps.
