Job entails working w/ & reqs exp incl: Financial modeling using Excel (VBA), debt structuring, & waterfall mechanics; Power BI for KPI dashboards & portfolio analytics; Acquisition underwriting models (IRR, equity multiple, DCR, yield on cost) & granular cash flow models w/ CAM, abatements, & breakpoints; Market rent, sales comps, lease-roll analysis, & re-tenanting pro-formas; Using Property Management Software (Yardi & AppFolio) & QuickBooks; Preparing financial models, investment memos, & presentations for lenders & investors. $179,088.00.
