KC Analytics is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Lead with a background in chemistry and hands-on lab experience. This role oversees day-to-day production of research-grade compounds, including solution preparation, powder filling, weighing, handling raw materials, and maintaining efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare liquid and powder formulations following written SOPs.
Understand solubility, solvent selection, and proper dilution techniques.
Operate basic laboratory equipment:
Magnetic stirrers
Hot plates
Peristaltic or pump-based vial/dropper fillers
Precision scales
Accurately weigh, measure, and handle raw compounds.
Perform labeling, bottling, capping, and batch documentation.
Maintain clean, organized workstations and proper storage conditions for all chemicals.
Follow strict safety, handling, and cleanliness procedures.
Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues.
Assist in optimizing production efficiency and throughput.
Work collaboratively with team members and support company growth initiatives.

Qualifications
Required:
Background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field (degree or equivalent hands-on experience).
Strong understanding of solubility principles and solvent systems (PEG, PG, ethanol, DMSO, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret CAS numbers, chemical names, and research compound labels.
Experience with lab equipment and solution/powder-handling workflows.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently and meet production timelines.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in small-scale manufacturing or compounding.
Familiarity with quality control processes (HPLC, NMR, MS awareness is a plus).
Prior leadership or trainer experience.
