Travel: Frequent travel to client sites in NJ/NY/PA
Candidate Profile Summary
Who We’re Looking For:
We need a hands-on, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong technical background in electromechanical systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys troubleshooting, and can confidently support installations and system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee installation & commissioning of automated parking systems and stackers at project sites.
· Diagnose & repair electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and control issues.
· Coordinate with internal teams and third-party installers.
· Deliver technical training to installers, maintenance staff, and service partners.
· Perform preventive maintenance inspections and drive system reliability.
· Provide customer support and on-site guidance (non-sales role).
· Lead client training sessions for owners/developers/operators.
· Document service activities, parts usage, and resolutions accurately.
· Travel frequently (NJ/NY/PA).
What You Need to Succeed:
Technical Skills & Experience:
· 1–5 years of experience in a related field (parking systems, elevators, automated systems, or similar electromechanical equipment)
· Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
· Experience with installation, service, or maintenance of automation or mechanical and electrical systems preferred
Education & Certifications:
· Technical degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems preferred
· OSHA certifications, hands-on installation/service training a plus
Soft Skills & Work Style:
· Independent, proactive, and self-motivated – able to work with minimal supervision
· Detail-oriented and customer-facing – able to clearly explain technical issues
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-site environments
Additional Requirements:
· Must be legal resident in the U.S.
· Language: English - Fluent in English is Required (spoken and written)
