Overview
A confidential client in the Greenville, SC area is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Legal Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a structured, fast-paced office environment. Legal experience is a plus—but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle client communications
Assist with document management, data entry, and case preparation
Perform general office duties including scanning, copying, and filing
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Legal office experience is a bonus, not a requirement
