Job Title: Insurance Defense/Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: 1 day in the office – San Jose, California; Orange County, California; or Manhattan, New York
Overview:
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle a broad range of cases and deliver outstanding legal services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and strategic problem-solving.
The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following:
1.& & & & & & & A minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience
2.& & & & & & & Experience across multiple practice areas, including general liability, commercial litigation, and construction law
3.& & & & & & & Proficiency in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions
4.& & & & & & & A process-driven approach with a proven ability to meet deadlines
5.& & & & & & & The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional service
6.& & & & & & & A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments and offices, fostering a cohesive team environment
7.& & & & & & & Excellent interpersonal, oral advocacy, and writing skills, along with strong motivation
8.& & & & & & & Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
9.& & & & & & & A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
10.& Admission to practice law in the State of California
