What Youll Do:
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with public and private sector clients, youll be a key player in our growth.
- Expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities tostrengthen our market presence.
Client & Operational Excellence
- Serve as thetrusted advisorfor key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee project execution, ensuringquality, efficiency, and profitabilityno dropped balls.
- Lead, mentor, and empower project teams to deliveroutstanding results under pressure.
Financial & Team Leadership
- Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive profitability and accountability in land development.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast staffing needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Foster a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementacross teams.
- Work cross-functionally to deliverintegrated, high-impact solutionsfor clients.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (highly preferred).
- 15+ years of civil engineering experience, including5+ years in leadership(Director or similar).
- Proven track recordof winning work, retaining clients, meeting/exceeding revenue targets, and leading teams through complex projects.
- Financial savvy. You know how to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
- A figure it out mindset. Youre resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Proven experience managing teams and mentoring staff
- Exceptional communication skills. You build trust with clients, inspire teams, and drive results.
