What Youll Do:

Business Development & Growth

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with public and private sector clients, youll be a key player in our growth.
• Expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities tostrengthen our market presence.

Client & Operational Excellence

• Serve as thetrusted advisorfor key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Oversee project execution, ensuringquality, efficiency, and profitabilityno dropped balls.
• Lead, mentor, and empower project teams to deliveroutstanding results under pressure.

Financial & Team Leadership

• Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive profitability and accountability in land development.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast staffing needs and allocate resources effectively.

• Foster a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementacross teams.
• Work cross-functionally to deliverintegrated, high-impact solutionsfor clients.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (highly preferred).
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience, including5+ years in leadership(Director or similar).
• Proven track recordof winning work, retaining clients, meeting/exceeding revenue targets, and leading teams through complex projects.
• Financial savvy. You know how to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• A figure it out mindset. Youre resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Proven experience managing teams and mentoring staff
• Exceptional communication skills. You build trust with clients, inspire teams, and drive results.
