1 Full-Time or 2 Part-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends, no federal holidays)
Compensation Hourly & Commission

Job Description:
Nails & Faces of Joy, LLC is currently hiring licensed Barbers and Stylists to support a contract at Fort Belvoir. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality grooming services in a professional, structured setting with consistent weekday hours.

We’re seeking experienced professionals who are punctual, detail-oriented, and ready to serve active-duty personnel and civilians on base with top-tier hair care services. We can also train the right people.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform military regulation haircuts
Provide haircuts for both men and women
Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry services
Style hair with flat irons and basic updos
Trim and shape beards and mustaches
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional workstation
Uphold respectful and professional customer service at all times
Follow base security protocols and grooming requirements

Requirements:

Valid Barber or Cosmetology License (Virginia) if you have another state license we can assist with VA license application and we will cover the fee.
Proficient in military and civilian grooming standards
Reliable transportation to and from Fort Belvoir
Must pass federal background check and security screening
Provide your own tools of the trade (clippers, shears, etc.)
Ability to work well in a team environment
Uniform shirt required (provided); pants color policy to be determined
