Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in litigation and insurance defense. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various legal matters, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for their best interests in the courtroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court for litigation and insurance defense cases
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients where appropriate
  • Provide clients with expert legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process
  • Manage and organize case files and documentation effectively
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to build strong cases
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active state bar license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and insurance defense
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and trial court practices
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations
  • Experience with trial preparation and courtroom representation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
