Hours: 1:00pm - 9:30pm
Compensation: $19.50 - $21.50
Purpose: Raw Ingredient Associates are responsible for preparing frozen ingredients that will be used in the production of kibble by separating the frozen blocks of meat and fish, then running them through the meat processing equipment.
Attributes: Reliability, Attention to Detail, and Teamwork & Communication
Responsibilities:
- Chip frozen meat blocks apart
- Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment
- Mix ingredients together
- Add oils as needed per customer specifications
- Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards
- Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner
- Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing when needed
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work with a team
- Stand for long periods of time
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push, pull, lift up to 50lbs
- Forklift experience (optional)
