Evergreen Oshkosh is seeking compassionate people to join the team in its Assisted Living!
Shift is 6am-12:00pm, M-F only, no weekends! 
 Hourly wage is $16.75 per hour

<li>Pick up pay an extra $2/hr</li>

<li>Flu shots are required October-March every year</li>

As a Caregiver you will:
<ul>
<li>Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.)</li>
<li>Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly</li>
<li>Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs</li>
<li>Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner</li>
</ul>
Minimum requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 18 years of age</li>
<li>CBRF certifications preferred </li>
<li>Strong prioritization and organization skill</li>
</ul>
