Join Yoh on a contract assignment supporting L3Harris in Henrietta, NY. You’ll assemble and test electromechanical systems that power impactful technologies. If you enjoy precise hands-on work and a team-first environment, this role is for you.

Must-haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years relevant experience, or an associate’s/post-secondary degree with 0–2 years related experience.
  • Read/write English and interpret schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to stand for the entire shift.

Shifts and pay

Payrate $17.50 - $21.25

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm @ $17.50
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am @ $19.25
  • 3rd Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm @ $21.88

Training: Two weeks, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (attendance required).

What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly per controlled instructions.
  • Interpret technical documentation, terms, and specs to build correctly the first time.
  • Execute wiring practices, hand solder joints, and fabricate cable harnesses.
  • Troubleshoot routine defects and escalate when needed.
  • Document work as required and collaborate with peers for quality checks.
