<li>1-2 years of management customer service experience (Spa experience a plus+)</li>
<li>Proven success in attracting and retaining talent/building successful teams</li>
<li>Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials</li>
<li>Manage administrative tasks including, but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines Customer and team focused</li>
<li>Sales Driven</li>
<li>High level of passion and enthusiasm for your job</li>

Hourly pay $13 to $20 per hour + medical + vision + Dental + PTO
