Part-Time | 4–6 Hour Shifts | Weekend Availability Required | Day & Night Shifts Available

We’re hiring licensed Estheticians or Massage Therapists who want more than a shift—they want to master a technique, build loyal client relationships, and thrive in an elevated, supportive environment.
Compensation & Earnings
- Estimated Average Take-Home Pay: $200–$300/day Breakdown:
- $16/hour base pay
- $40–$55 average tips per client (60–90 min sessions)
- Tips & commissions paid weekly (with one-week reconciliation delay)
Fully Sponsored Training & Certification ($5,000 value)
- Paid travel & training in The Tox Technique
- Become an expert in body sculpting, lymphatic anatomy, and client transformation
- 12-month employment commitment required

- A licensed Esthetician or Massage Therapist in Texas

What You’ll Do
- Deliver The Tox Technique—our proprietary lymphatic body-sculpting method (training provided)
- Create a memorable, high-touch experience that keeps clients coming back
- Maintain a clean, minimalist studio space and represent The Tox brand
- Collaborate with your team to keep operations smooth, efficient, and elevated
What Success Looks Like
- You deliver 3–5 high-quality treatments per shift
- Clients trust you, rebook with you, and refer their friends
- You feel proud of your work, your energy, and your growth
- You’re a consistent contributor to a supportive, drama-free team
Shift OptionsDay Shift
- Scheduled between 10 AM – 4 PM
- 4–6 hour blocks
Full Day
- Scheduled between 10 AM – 6 PM
- 4–6 hour blocks
Night Shift
- Scheduled between 2 PM – 7 PM
- 4–6 hour blocks
Weekend Availability Required

Requirements
- Active Texas Esthetician or Massage Therapy License
- Available for weekends and peak hours (10am–6pm)
- Willing to travel for training (paid by The Tox)
- Commitment to a 12-month employment agreement
- Follow studio dress code: black scrubs, slicked-back hair, short clean nails
- Emotionally intelligent, team-first, and professional in every detail
