Job SummaryWe are specifically looking for a Vietnamese speaking worker who is fluent in both Vietnamese and English. The ideal candidate will be able to prepare a variety of Asian-style meals, assist with light housekeeping tasks, and support community outings. This role requires a compassionate and reliable individual who can help maintain comfort, safety, and cultural familiarity while encouraging independence and engagement. Responsibilities

• Provide communication support in both Vietnamese and English
• Prepare culturally familiar Asian-style meals
• Assist with light housekeeping, including cleaning, organizing, and laundry
• Support the individual during community outings, appointments, and activities
• Promote safety, comfort, and independence at home and in the community
• Offer companionship and culturally appropriate engagement
• Follow care instructions and maintain clear communication with the care team
• Ensure a respectful, patient, and professional approach at all times

Qualifications

• Must be Vietnamese-speaking; bilingual in Vietnamese and English required
• Experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field preferred
• Ability to prepare Asian-style meals and follow dietary preferences
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with light housekeeping and community activities
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, and cultural sensitivity
