For over 50 years, we have been recognized as one of New York's leading personal injury law firms. As we grow our team, we are seeking an experienced Paralegal to fill a managerial role supervising our Pre-Litigation Paralegal Department.

Who You Are:

  • Paralegal Certificate (Preferred), Bachelor's Degree (Plus)
  • Plaintiff Personal Injury Experience
  • Experience handling a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases
  • Tech savvy and comfortable working in a paperless system
  • Time management and attention to detail are imperative
  • Team-oriented and independently capable
  • Exceptional organizational skills plus effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury law

What You Will Be Doing?

Work closely with managing partners and management to monitor, audit, and assist the team of Pre-Lit paralegals, including streamlining procedures, ensuring compliance, and consistency among all team members.
