Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetician to join our team. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty and skincare treatments to our patients. Your role will involve performing facials, medical skincare, and other aesthetic services. This is a commission-based role, offering the opportunity to earn additional income through service and product sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Our aesthetic team is a close-knit group of highly skilled and warm professionals who provide transformative results for their clients.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Performing professional skin care, Laser Hair Removal and microneedling services ( our high ticket services!) non-invasive chemical peels, HydraFacials, OxyGeneo treatments, exfoliation treatments, hydra dermabrasion, and microdermabrasion and more!
- Customizing facial and body treatments, and crafting personalized sessions and recommending a home-care regimen to achieve desired results
- Safeguarding the patient experience, maintaining patient confidentiality, and upholding our commitment to safety while maintaining a clean work environment and uplifting, positive appearance
- Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with co-workers
- Up-selling, cross-selling, and sales of medical-grade skin care products, services, packages, and Memberships

Experience & Requirements:
- Current NC Esthetician License
- Minimum experience of 3+ years in a spa/salon setting, dermatology, or physician's office
- Be a team player with a positive can do attitude
- Maintain a polished, professional image and pristine work environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift (up to 20-pound range) and perform the physical requirements of role
