In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's operations by managing client intake processes and ensuring smooth case onboarding. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough initial screenings to collect detailed information about prospective clients’ legal needs.
• Accurately enter client data and case details into the firm’s case management system.
• Evaluate potential cases to determine eligibility and alignment with the firm's areas of practice.
• Schedule consultations or direct leads with relevant experience to appropriate attorneys or legal personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Follow up with prospective clients to finalize the intake process and gather any missing information.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to facilitate seamless case onboarding.
• Monitor and report on lead conversions, client trends, and the effectiveness of intake processes.
• Proven experience in client intake or a related role within a legal setting.
• Strong ability to generate leads and assess case eligibility.
• Familiarity with case management systems and legal templates.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear and precise communication.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical standards.
